At Kudret Eye we do not want price to stand in the way of your decision. If you find the same operation on equivalent terms at another clinic for less, we adjust our price accordingly.

The only condition is that the offer you compare is on equivalent terms: the same generation of technology, a clinic held to the same inspections, and follow-up of the same scope.

What is the lowest price guarantee?

Whether it is laser eye surgery or an intraocular lens, if you have seen a lower price for the same treatment on equivalent terms, tell us before your operation and we will match that offer.

We know that quality and safety are the most important criteria when choosing a clinic, and that price also weighs on your decision. You should not have to choose between the two.

How can we guarantee the lowest price?

Kudret Eye operates on a large number of patients across its four centres. That scale lets us keep our prices competitive without compromising on quality, technology or surgical experience.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price of the operation is a single figure and it includes:

• all follow-up appointments after surgery
• any follow-up treatment, should it be needed

You know what you will pay from the outset, and nothing is added afterwards.

Conditions of the guarantee

The guarantee does not apply to every cheaper offer, only to offers on equivalent terms:

• The clinic you compare us with must be regulated by the health authority of its own country: in Türkiye, a facility licensed by the Ministry of Health and assessed under the Health Quality Standards (SKS); in the United Kingdom, a clinic registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
• It must use laser technology of at least the same generation as ours. Kudret Eye uses the third-generation ZEISS VisuMax 800.
• You need to tell us about the lower price before the date of your operation; reports received after surgery cannot be processed.
• The guarantee applies to laser eye surgery and intraocular lens surgery. Campaigns and time-limited offers run through discount platforms are not used as a basis for comparison.

What counts as an equivalent treatment?

A fair price comparison is only possible when the quality of the treatment, the technology used and the standard of the clinic are comparable. The guarantee applies to treatments we consider equivalent:

• performed on a technically comparable platform
• offering a similar level of quality and safety
• including follow-up and check-ups of the same scope

The standard of the clinic is part of the comparison

A fair comparison is not only about the device. A clinic's licence, its inspections and its quality certification matter just as much. A clinic that has only begun the certification process and has not yet completed its assessment is not treated as equivalent to one that has.

By applying these criteria we make sure our patients receive not only a competitive price, but treatment held to the same standards of technology, quality and patient safety.
